scroll bar sizing on mouse-over

In my image editor, the scroll bars enlarge when I mouse over them, making it much easier to use them. I don't have to be so precise in my mouse movement. In Capture One the scroll bars are very narrow, and it's easy to mouse over them, button down, and find that you've missed the target. And you have to start all over again. Frustrating. Please make the scroll bar mouse-position sensitive.

Happens all the time.

No workaround. Just aim more accurately.
