Help! How do I fix this

I have One Catalog with all the images in it. Well, Almost all of them. I was cleaning things up and had a catalog Called Capture one. IT created another 30,000 images. I thougth it was a duplicate, it looked like a duplicate and I deleted it. I removed the extra catalog and trashed it. Apparently, it contained all the finished images I worked on. I dont know how they got there, but all of them were in there. I recovered them and am in the process of added the catalog back into Capture one and all the images(including the finished images). I am importing the non duplicates back into capture one, but there are also many many duplicates. Is there an easy way to transfer the non duplicates into there folders without doing it manually..Im so confused.
