Two Cameras not functioning

C1 v16.2.2.10

MacOS Ventura 13.4

I'm working with a machine that just had the OS updated.  Before the update we could run two sessions with two cameras connected and shooting.  After the update we see both cameras but only first that was connected will bring in images into the session. 

If anyone has any insight if there is any Apple System Settings that would be preventing this from working.
