Authentification errors
Yesterday the Capture One Pro started with an authentification. Okay. But then nothing happened for two minutes. Then the software wanted to get the licence code.. Okay again. But again after entry of the code nothing happened for a long time. I could see the software tried to connect with a server, but after one or two minutes the error message appeared "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal." I lost half workday to succeed. A lot of money...
But okay, mistakes can happen. One time a year.
Today the same game. This time I was inside of Capture One, the tree of albums was deleveoping, then Capture One broke down. Next start - see above. This should not, this cannot happen.
Somebody else with same troubles?

But it happens. Capture One is so heavily protected against licence abuse that there must obviously be a permanent connection to the C1 servers. After all, failures do not need to be paid by the manufacturer, they are already paid by the (legal) users of Capture One. I am really bitter.

Got a hint from another forum: "disable IP6". I cannot tell you why, but now it works.

Thank you for suggesting to disable IPv6 ernst.w, that allowed C1 to authenticate for me.
