Capture One won't start, or crashes often

    Update: I just tried uninstalling, deleting the relevant folders, restarting, and then installing an older version of C1 (v. 20). It won't start either. Every other program works perfectly on my computer. C1 is the only one that consistently fails to start.

    Hey Andrew Paquette, if you haven’t already, I recommend requesting support from the Capture One team by clicking the Request Support button at the header of the page.

    Regarding the issues you described, creating a new OS admin user is similar to having a new clean OS. For testing purposes, you can try running a supported version of Capture One Pro under this new user. And make sure nothing else is running in the background.
