    Hey Adam De-Ste-Croix, the article suggests that if the license has not been used yet, you should go to Order History. If the license has already been used, you should go to Plans and Service Management. It looks fine to me, perhaps I'm missing something?

    And not all support request forms require an attachment, while some technical forms do require logs and/or screen recording, which is done by design.
