Colour readouts
LoggedWhich device are you using?
iPad Pro
What problem do you see this solving?
When shooting outside (or in any situation really) we need to be able to gauge the exposure of whites/blacks/reds etc on numbers, as a lot of the time we either need to match, or be certain that we are hitting a certain luminance on the skin etc. The sunlight can make the screen of the iPad Pro look dark so we would want to make sure we are not overcompensating for the screen.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Every single time I shoot with the iPad App.
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals?
No, there is currently some simple features from Capture One Pro that have not been brought to the iPad App.
Are you happy to be contacted further about this suggestion or request?
Yes

Thanks so much for the feedback. We have received this from many of our users so far and we have a good understanding on why this is important. What do you do now that we don't have this available in the iPad?

I just bought an ipad today to replace my old laptop.
I was super excited to use capture one on it.
Big deception when I saw there is no color readout.
It is a feature I need every day for my portrait shooting.
It is one of the great feature of Capture One Pro, so sad it's not available on iPad.
I'm seriously thinking about returning the ipad and get a Surface Pro instead.
That will allow me to use the software with its full capabilities.0
