Develop a tool to reverse the effects of banding

What problem do you see this solving?
As a symphony photographer, I am required to shoot electronic shutter. Most stage lights have made a transition to LED lighting and banding is common.
When I shoot sports, the typical fix is to switch to mechanical and activate the camera's flicker protection. Unfortunately, this is not possible when I need to shoot silently.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I shot an outdoor night performance last night in very mixed lighting (LED stage, halogen follow spots, and natural light) and the LED banding was very obvious in post.

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
When I first started shooting electronic shutter around five years ago, I used to bring it into Photoshop and follow a complicated workflow. I pretty much gave up since that workflow is not sustainable for event/concert photography.
