    I am not familiar with that camera, is it the correct model name? First, update camera firmware. Second, remove the memory card from the camera and start Capture One again. This is often a problem trying when tethering Canon cameras. If this doesn't solve the problem, try to disconnect and reconnect camera while quitting and restarting Capture One.
