Capture One does not remember camera settings for Sigma fp L

I use Capture One for tethering with Sigma fp L camera, but every time I restarted the software or reconnect the camera, the camera settings will be reset, could anyone give me solutions? Thanks in advance!

    I asked Capture One a few weeks ago and they said that this is just the way it works with this camera.  It is very frustrating for sure.

    Where does this issue lie in? Is it the camera's problem or software's problem? If it's camera's problem, I'll ask for Sigma, If it's software's problem, it's Phase's responsibility to solve this issue.

    they said it was not a problem, just the way it works with that camera. They kind of pointed the finger at Sigma but who really knows. Sounds like they are not wanting to spend the time programming for a non mainstream camera but I don't know for sure.  If you find out more please let me know. I put in a support request at capture one to get the original response, you might try the same to see what they say to you.  Best of luck.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Sigma FP L:
    While with the majority of the Vendors we support at Capture One, the settings set on the camera before connection are persisted when connected to USB, sadly this is not the case with the Sigma FP/ FP L, as it resets everything to (by Sigma) preset values every time you connect.

    If what they are saying is correct maybe we can put some pressure on Sigma to address the issue.  I will try to contact Sigma customer support to see if they can do anything on their end.  You might want to do the same so it comes from more people. I was planning on using this as my main tether camera but now it is a backup to my Fuji GFX that does not have this problem.

    OK, I'll contact Sigma, and for me C1 is just a temporary solution in my system, later I'll develop my own application for controlling my fp L via Sigma CameraControl SDK, in which camera settings will be saved as application preset and loaded once camera is connected.
