Instant loss of access to C1 after cancelling subscription
On June 21 I cancelled my subscription, that would end in October 21.
Although the software should work until then (end of payed period) I instantly lost access to the Software. As soon, as I start it, I get a prompt that says that I don’t have any active license.
I wrote the support on June 21. The same day I got response, that they escalated the case to FastSpring (the billing platform), as they are responsible.
As I still had no access to all my images, I wrote the support again and got the next answer on June 30 in wich I was told, that my licence got reactivated and that I could use it until October. Unfortunately this doesn’t work. When I insert the licence key, I get the message, that it isn’t valid.
I wrote the support again the same day (June 30). No answer. I wrote again on July 4th. No answer. I wrote again on July 6th. No answer. I wrote again yesterday, but I don’t expect an answer.
It really sucks, as I don’t have access to my images since nearly 4 weeks now. The trial doesn’t work as I already used it long ago. And I will definitely not buy a new licence if mine must be active according to the legal terms
Does anyone have an idea, how to get the support do its job?
