Export Collection as Catalog bug on 16.2.2.10

Hey admin, 

I wanted to report a bug in the latest version. 

When exporting a collection as a catalog, the software seems to create a new catalog but there are two issues I noticed. 

1. Even though ' Also include Referenced Originals ' is unchecked , the catalog file that gets created contains original raw files.

2. In previous versions, when exporting a collection as a catalog - all the adjustments and edits used to also be saved in the new exported catalog file. However, now when you open the exported Catalog file all the edits haven't made it through. The images are back to their original state, basically completed unedited.

Hoping a fix comes soon :))
