speed of fujifilm tethering cameras

I'm a capture One user since 2012, working with Canon, Nikon and Digital Backs P65+ and Iq140 cameras in Hassalblad, I use an Imac Pro 2017 as my main computer with an Intel Sheon w 8core processor and 32 gb of RAM, I recently bought 2 FUjiFilm cameras, being a Fuji GFX 50SII and an Xh2. I noticed that the files from both cameras have a much longer processing time in Capture One than, for example, the Nikon D850 D810 and even the IQ140 file. Fuji Xh2 raw files take about 3 seconds to load completely. I ask if this is normal, or do I need to download some plugin for Fuji.
