I cannot log into or out of my account
I wanted to log into my account, so I can see when my subscription expires, so I can cancel any renewal as I don't want it anymore. However, when I tried to log into my account nothing happened. The screen is black and when I click on the little "my account" icon nothing happens at all.
How do I get this to work? I don't know wether I am logged in or out.
