Can’t see preview before importing images?

I just bought an iPad Pro and capture one for iPad. When I connected my memory card to import images from my summer vacation I didn’t get any previews. Having shot over 1600 photos over three weeks I had to import everything at once before sorting thought different stages of my vacation. It was a hassle but I managed. From tutorials I can see that I should be able to see previews before importing, so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. FYI im shooting on a fujifilm xt-2. Julie

    I assume you are using compressed RAWs. To my understanding, these RAW files are not supported in iPad (or the Mac), but are supported by CO. The preview CO seems to use, is the one from the Files App on the iPad, hence if the Raw is not supported, it does not get a Preview.

    Since I am running into the same issue, could CO please add the previews to the import dialog box for external storage?

    As the previews work from an SD card, I assume that it should be possible.
