Capture One sometimes becomes unresponsive when guides are moved

Capture One sometimes becomes unresponsive when guides are moved (dragged). It's only during the last few months I've started seeing this. Sometimes it's unresponsive for several minutes. I usually use the guides together with the keystone tool, so it could be related to that (or it could be yet another example of Capture One having trouble with larger catalogues – my current catalogue contains 63k+ images).

Has anyone else had this issue?
