C1 pro not remembering viewer position when using 2 monitors
I've reached out to tech support and engineering says they can't duplicate this issue. Running Win11, latest version of C1 - I have 2 monitors, one main monitor, one where I load the viewer - this config has worked well for several years. Suddenly, it won't save the position of the viewer when exiting (even if I save it to a custom profile). When I restart or open any other session, the viewer comes up in my main monitor overlayed over the main window. I have to shrink the size of the viewer, then move it to my 2nd monitor and resize. When I exit and restart, it doesn't save the position. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling with no luck. Tried deleting the custom profiles and saving to a new one with no love. Anyone else seeing this? C1 engineering says they can't duplicate the problem.

Not sure if this is your matter, but look here:

BARRY BRAUNSTEIN are your monitors running different DPI scaling options in Windows? I've had a zillion issues over the years with Capture One over two monitors with different zoom levels (one was 1440p and the other one 4k). I now have two 4k monitors, both at 100% zoom and the issues are mostly gone. Officially Capture One supports DPI scaling but it's very, very wonky, at least in my experience.
