Comments were not emailed when live session ended
I started a live session for my client to view and comment on photos. The client added comments with specific edits on photos but the live session expired and now I can't find the comments. I was under the impression that the comments would be emailed to my capture one account but I don't have any such email in my inbox or spam folders. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

I have a similar issue.
My live session ended and all comments are lost.
I haven't received an email with them. Is there any way to retrieve them? Thanks
