Styles/Presets not remembered in import window

    This is an issue.  

    I reported it 20 days ago on this forum.  Was told that it was a bug and a support request should be taken out.  I took out a support request but have no idea where it went.

    Hopefully this will be fixed somehow.

    You should have received an email with the support ticket number.  Reply to that ticket and ask for an update.  The vast majority of people you interact with here (myself included), are not affiliated with Capture One.  

    Also, count me amongst those who would really, really like to see this fixed.  I just imported 700 photos and forgot to add in the import adjustment that I have to add in every time now.

    I used the Request Support link at the top of the page.  Never got a ticket number.  Maybe I did something wrong.  I'll try again.

    It was me.  I didn't attach a log file.  I just took out another ticket.

    In an exchange with Victor (from CO), it's been determined that this is a bug and it's on the official "Bug List".

    Perhaps this will be fixed in the new release due out tomorrow, 25th October ?

    I am  a perpetual license holder so having to pay for a fix from a bug which first appeared in v 16.2.4 would be disappointing, to say the least.

    Maybe Capture One will issue a " bug fix " only v16.2.6 ?

    This has been "bugging" me for ages. It's a very critical area, I mean we all (or nearly all, not sure about sessions) import images. I'm probably comparatively lucky in that I generally only import <40 images at a time, as a film user. However,  I'm pretty sure import file sticking was working properly in C1Pro 23 (v16) when I bought it, so looks like the bug has been "added" during my support period. I too am on a perpetual licence. Not sure when I'll be able to afford an upgrade again (I don't buy new cameras, and generally don't need new features). It would be really great if there was a fix for this bug to 16.2.6, given it was introduced during the support period.
