Stop moving crops when tethering.
What problem do you see this solving?
This issue reported in 2021 and yet still didn't solve. It randomly moves the crop while tethering. How come you didn't fix this bug at all?

Just a thought, and take it only as that, but maybe consider filing - or refiling - as a bug report. While I personally don't have this issue when I tether, it may be camera specific or otherwise, and worth a continued pursuit as a bug.
