Autofocus and Capture in One Click?

Previously tethering the Canon R5 to Capture One would autofocus and then capture an image when clicking the shutter button in the camera tab or when using command + k. I'm currently running C1 23 16.1.2.20. It is no longer doing that and having to hit autofocus then capture is a major slowdown to my workflow. How can I get C1 to autofocus then fire in one click as it did before?
