dead pixels on image when tethered

Hi,

When shooting tethered, I get lines on the images that look like dead pixels. I originally sent my camera away for repair at a cost of over 200 pounds as I thought it had a faulty sensor. The sensor is all good. I spent many hours testing tonight to discover the images are clean when tethered to other big-brand software. I mostly use my Nikon z6ii however the lines appeared when I tethered my other DSLRs also. 

Has anyone else experienced this?

  No, but try again after disabling hardware acceleration/opencl in preferences.
