My Gaming PC Constant Crashes and Lag

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to this awesome community because I've been facing some serious issues with my gaming PC lately, and I'm at my wit's end. I've tried a few things, but nothing seems to work. So, I'm turning to you all for some guidance and support.

Problem Description:

For the past few weeks, my gaming PC has been acting up in ways that are seriously affecting my gaming experience. Here are the main issues I've been encountering:

1. Frequent Crashes: The most frustrating issue is that my PC keeps crashing during games. It doesn't seem to be tied to any specific game or activity; it can happen during any game or even when I'm just browsing the web. The screen goes black, and I have to restart the whole system.

2. Lag and Frame Drops: Even when my PC doesn't crash, I'm experiencing a lot of lag and sudden frame drops in games that used to run smoothly. This is making it almost impossible to enjoy any gaming session.

3. Lag in Noises: Sometimes, I hear strange noises coming. It's not a constant thing, but when it happens, it's quite unsettling.

I've tried a few troubleshooting steps on my own, but none of them seem to have fixed the issues:

1. I've checked for overheating issues and made sure that the fans and CPU cooler are clean and functioning properly.

2. I ran a full system scan for viruses and malware, and my PC appears to be clean.

3. I've also reseated my RAM and GPU to make sure they're properly connected.
