Big license request
Hi,
I have a big request for you. On December 1, 2022, I purchased your Capture ONE Pro 23 perpetual license from the company FOTO SKODA from the Czech Republic. I am happy with the program, However, in May 2023 my computer started to bug me on my computer windows 11 crashed. I had to restore windows 11 and that required a license renewal for Capture ONE 23. Now my computer has definitely crashed and I had to purchase a new one computer. I was still able to deactivate the Capture ONE 23 license from the old computer, but I was no longer able to activate CAPTURE ONE PRO 23 on the new computer. Nowhere on your website in my profile did I find the activation key and the option to reactivate my CAPTURE ONE PRO 23 program.
I have a big request for you. I have only owned a Capture ONE 23 perpetual license since December 2022 and I lost two activations due to a bad computer. I am asking you very much to allow one activation on my new computer so that after ten months due to a bad computer I don't have to buy again a perpetual Capture ONE license for the 23rd.

I lost two activations due to a bad computer.
This should not be a problem, you can deactivate the activations on your old computer yourself if you login your Capture One account.

Click on "Manage", goto your plan, show activation history and deactivate the old machine or "reset" them all.
Then you can activate your new installation.
