16:9 aspect ratio
I use Sigma cameras and a Sony RX. I have all set to 16:9 aspect ratio. I looked at a friend's installation of C One 23 to evaluate it. I find that 16:9 pics from the Sigmas are exported at the original 16:9, but pictures from the Sony are exported at 3:2. How can I tell C One to export the Sony pictures at 16:9 in the same way the Sigma pictures are? I should add that Lightroom does honour the Sony's 16:9 ratio.

I never heard that C1 respects the in-camera crop, it rather uses the full area of the raw file. Is it possbile that the Sigma only stores the cropped sensor area in the raw files?
You need to use the crop tool in C1 and apply to all images.

Thanks very much for this. Sigma RAW files contain:
Exif Image Width 5424
Exif Image Height 3049 - which is 16:9
While Sony RAWs contain
Full Image Size 5472 x 3648 - which is 3:2. The string '16' appears nowhere relevant in the EXIF.
Sony RAWs do look like 16:9 in Mac Finder, but clearly this is not seen by COne.
Very interesting. I'll just have to crop my Sony pics.
Thanks again.

You're welcome.
Your Sony raw files look like 16:9 in Mac Finder because Finder shows the embedded jpg preview in the raw file, which reflects the jpg settings of your camera at the time taken, and that includes any in-camera crop setting.
P.S. And the thumbnails and big previews in C1 are generated by C1 based on the raw data exclusively, ignoring all in-camera settings.0
