Discounts for new subecription

I have no idea if this is the correct forum to choose but here goes.  I received an email from Capture One today and it said " ... use your loyalty discount today for a chance to get the All in One complete suite at no extra cost ..." so I went into my account to sign up.  When I applied the code for the All In One bundle I got a discounted price of $155.40 (in Canadian dollars).  When I chose the lesser Capture Pro I on Desktop the discounted price was $107.  Unless I'm reading that reading Capture One's email wrong shouldn't the All in One be discounted to $107?
