Change radial mask to apply mask withing by default

Currently when drawing a radial mask it is the outside of the circle/elipse that is masked ie like  a vignette.  As the radial mask is frequently used for localised adjustments it would be helpful if the user was able to toggle, or set the default area of masking from inside or outside. At the moment every time we make a local adjustment we have to include an extra step to invert the mask.

  It is possible... Right-Click after selecting Radial Gradient Mask Tool. Once you set the option it will stay until you change it again.
