    There is none, especially for IR. The easiest solution in ON1 Effects plug-in. However, there is a workaround using the Color Editor. It's not original with me, so here ere the references:

    I use both the Color Editor (basic, advanced and skin tone modes) and Color Balance (Master, Shadows, Midtone, Highlight modes) to manage color.  Any of these can also be used with a mask to limit the effect to just certain areas of the image too.

    You can even create masks from color selections.

    For example, I regularly remove blue from distant mountains or shadows (but not from sky) and a few tweaks in these tools (sometimes with a quick and dirty mask) are all it typically takes.

    You can also use the individual Red, Green and Blue channels in the Curves editor, but I find that much more difficult to get my desired effect than the tools mentioned above.
