dust removal cursor tool: bring back size slider on right click

CO 23 in its latest release shows an inconsistency in the tools‘ response to right clicks: The spot and dust removal tools show an irrelevant menue on right clicks rather than allow for re-sizing, as they do in previous versions of CO. Please revert to consistency.

    hey Hanno Meißner, the changes were introduced by the new AI driven Auto Dust Removal tool.

    Hi Denis, Although I realize that, I find the inconsistency of right-click behavior uncomfortable. The AI-supported Auto Dust Removal does not work to my satisfaction, especially on old analog images, whose restoration is part of my work. Also in my portrait editing the manual application of the Spot Removal Tool is indispensable agianst dimples and pimples:)

    I would have expected a resize option when Ctrl-clicking too.

    The Dust Removal tool misses lots of spots of various kinds – I included a series of examples in this request from about a week ago.
