RE: Single Pixel Noise Reduction does not apply to exported image for all export resolutions

What problem do you see this solving?
When I remove hot pixels with the single pixel noise reduction feature, they are still present in the exported image if the resolution is less than 2130px wide. (This issue was observed for a 3:2 landscape orientation image)

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Recently, and regularly. I cannot export long exposure images with hot pixels at common social media resolutions or a reduced resolutions for web use in general.

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
 I am unaware of any workarounds in Capture One for this issue.
