How to sync Capture One preferences and custom toolbars between my Macs?

I'm wondering if it's possible to sync Capture One preferences and Custom Toolbars between my Macs?

    To some extent, though not quickly and easily.

    You can copy workspaces (which should include customised toolbars) like this.

    In Finder, go to the Library and find this.

    Copy the contents of the Workspaces folder (or selected items from it: you might not want all your old backup-workspaces) to the other Mac.

    I'm not sure about preferences generally, though.
