perpetual licenses
I'm asking for your help in contacting CaptureOne support, in order to solve the problem of perpetual licenses that can no longer be updated.
I have two users waiting for version 23
I uninstalled version 23 by removing the license to reinstall it, I got the following message: No more free upgrades available for this license code
So I had to install version 21? How do I reinstall version 23?

How did you "remove the license"? Have you logged on to your Capture One account on the website and deactivated as required there? And the say to contact support is to use the Request Support link at the top right of this page.
