Capture One tethering on Windows

Good morning,

I have a question, perhaps a little strange but I have no one to advise.

Well, I use capture one on macbook all the time and I am satisfied.

I need to buy a second laptop, but it is with Windows. Is dropping photos via cable (tether) from the camera as smooth as on IOS? Is there worse compatibility on Windows or will it be the same?
I will add that the Windows computer will be powerful and its specs (in theory) will handle Capture One 23 without a problem.

    That's a difficult comparison... I had tethering sessions going up to 25k in a single day and I think that I had only a problem with delayed previews, which matches very low export speed indicating low capabilities of this CPU-only machine. No idea if Windows is different in any aspect from iOS.
