Printing problem and difficulty in getting an answer.

    I also failed at entering the logs hurdle recently but because I was thinking of buying 16.3 I put myself in as a new customer when trying to contact them. Logs were irrelevant to me. 

    In your case the log files might explain at what point it is failing. Not being able to print successfully could mean the print looks terrible or it could mean it can't find the printer or something else.

    I use Affinity Photo for printing too, or Qimage One, but only because that's what I'm used to.
