Action notification below image

After the new update (16.3.0.76) CO added an action notification below image when certain actions are made (undo, redo etc.).
This directs my eyes towards the notification, when it should be focused on the image.
How do I remove this?

  Can I please see a screenshot of your notification, so I can compare?
  Mine is also there for just a second, but it still is so annoying and unnecessary, really. Like, I know that I just pressed cmd-Z.
  I press cmd-Z on and off all the time to quality check what I just did.
