Can't select starred images

Can someone please help?  I submitted to service 2 tickets over 2 weeks ago and no one from C1 will respond. 

After I updated to the new version I can't select starred images from the ratings tab. I tried a reinstall and I have the same problem.  I can star images but once I star them I can't select them

I am running Sonoma 14.1 Mackbook Pro M1 Max
