Fujifilm Custom Recipe Compatibility
What problem do you see this solving?
I've encountered an issue with custom recipes in Capture One, specifically when importing Fujifilm X-E4 RAF files. The problem arises when using custom recipes (C1, C2, etc.), where the JPG files display as intended, but the RAF files exhibit differences in shadows, highlights, and colors compared to the in-camera view. This creates a challenge for photographers who rely on precise raw file editing, impacting the overall workflow.
When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I noticed this discrepancy in my last photo editing session, and it has been a recurring issue whenever I utilize custom recipes in Capture One.
Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
As a workaround, I've experimented with alternative software like Adobe Lightroom, which is consistent with the in-camera view and the photos look the way they should. However, I prefer using Capture One for its overall features and functionality.
Are you happy to be contacted further about this suggestion or request?
