Create an export recipe and choose “open with” towards the bottom. Select the Canon print program. Going forward you can use this recipe and your exported files will open in that program. I use Epson Print Manager via the same method.

    Hi

I have the same issues and was only able to get Print Studio to work via installing Canon digital professional 4 (photo management software from canon) - I have a Canon Pro-10s

    - Not a clean solution :(

Similar to Brian Jordan I use the "open with" function in an export recipe and it works great with Epson Print Manager, QImage and so forth. This should also work similarly with whatever Canon print program you're trying to use. If Canon happens to have a plugin that works with Lr, it will likely have to be Canon to do the work to make it compatible with Capture One, so you may also consider reaching out to them. I'm not exactly sure what the plugin would add that "open with" doesn't do already since you can ship a tiff, ICC profile, etc already via that and printing is also pretty self-contained. However, I don't use Canon printers or printer plugins so I'm simply opining :-).

@ LarryR did you find a solution, could share with us.. - are you happy with C1 and how it works with your canon printer ?

Hey Arendi!  I followed the guidance that Raymond provided, and it seems to work just fine.  However, in the interest of full disclosure I'm a total novice at all this and still learning the basics of C1 and my printer.  I'm finding that it's a pretty steep learning curve but I am enjoying the process.  From that perspective I am happy with C1 and my Canon printer.
