Exporting Files & Email Never Sends

I've been using capture one to send photos from a mall photo set to customers for about 10 months. I got a new ipad 10th gen today, and the app looks a bit different - perhaps it's a new version? BUT, either way, we've NEVER had an issue before, but suddenly we're exporting and sending via email and nothing is happening. It shows like normal, we hit send on the email... but it never sends, it never creates a draft, we don't see any error notices.

The exact steps are: exporting 3-5 images > adding a custom file name > Shrinking on the slider to somewhere between 3-4mb > clicking export > Click mail > enter email address and subject line > hit send.

Anyone else have this issue? Our mail app is logged into a business workspace gmail.
