Remembering "Save to card" has been released for Canon and Nikon. Do you have any comments or feedback?

Hello Harald Stampfer and thanks for the feedback! Can you elaborate on the settings you are most interested in and a few words about your setup and workflow? Also, what do you do now that the app loses your previous settings upon reconnection? What is your workaround?

regardless of whether on the iPad or iPhone in the settings for the camera - > storage location for the recordings is set by default for me - Capture One

I would also like to save to the cards in the camera - i.e. "Che + Capture One" - I then set this and it works.

If I now switch off the camera for some reason - or the cable is disconnected - C1 mobile goes back to the default setting and I have to set the storage location again - that's annoying - or I haven't yet found how to set this permanently.

Super! Persistence of saving to card is something we are actively working on and we will release it very very soon (for Canon and Nikon cameras), so stay tuned. As for the rest of the camera settings, we will see what and if it makes sense to preserve between disconnections, so if you have any other setting you are interested in, please let us know what it is and why it's important for you :)

Hi Evi K .. I hope this is coming to the desktop too. It really is annoying to select camera + computer and then have to reselect it if the camera goes to sleep or is disconnected. Given that you have the ReTether feature that allows us to disconnect and reconnect we also need the tethering host to also remember settings.

Hey Walter Rowe, yes it will!!! I am very excited about this improvement (honestly it felt more like a bug) and I know that so many photographers like yourself will save so much time by this. It's coming out in a few days :)
