NEF files

good afternoon, CO does not recognize the NEF files on my Z9, any suggestions? When I installed the trial version it worked, now that I bought a license it no longer works!

  What version of Capture One? Are you using lossy compressed NEF files? Support for those came much later (perhaps an entire year due to lack of an ARM native SDK from intoPIX for the proprietary TiCo-RAW format).

  As Walter suggests, you could be using a "non-standard" NEF format which could be unsupported on the verison of Capture One you are using.
