Need technical assistance
Hello,
I need some technical assistance. During my shoot on Saturday I was using an older version of Capture one (it somehow showed as deactivated and entered by license key to activate the software) and started shooting tethered. I use a Canon R6. I was shooting tethered to my macbook with sonoma 14 software and had the 16.1 capture one pro. I CANNOT see my images!!!!!! I can only see the begininng of the shoot with a few images and then the very last image almost as if everything was getting overridden. If everything was getting overridden then why am I still seeing the beginining of the shoot? I really need assistance and would like some support/someone on a phone to help me find my images please!

From the Finder window, select the Search option and type in the date (ie 11/25/2023) that you tethered your camera. You can then find all the files stored on that date, hopefully all your images will be there and you can import them back into C1.

I think I saw this before as a Windows user when doing early tests of tethering process, never during actual session though. There is no recovery, images are just replaced - the only resolution I can imagine is to interrupt as soon as the problem is observed and reboot everything, then continue with a new session.
Hopefully you have a different problem, like using Cloud on the target folders for storing tethered files.

If you need "immediate" technical assistance, then posting on the forum is not the best option.
I've made a support request based on your post, where you can provide more information about the error and provide the support team with what they need to try and provide an answer to this strange behavior.1
