Andrew Luu - if you want help with this, you have to say more! What camera? What version of Capture One? Mac or Windows (and what version)? Have you had this working before, or have you not been able to get it working at all?

On top of the above - what method of connection? What cable? Is camera set to "PC Remote"?

And how long is the cable? Do you have. A card in the camera? Is your camera supported for tethering?

Is your camera supported for tethering?

This might be not obvious for poster, though there might lie the answer:

tethering my camera to my desktop but capture one says no camera detected.

I tried to tether both my Nikon Z7ii and Nikon Z6. 120gb sd

Using a tether Pro cable usb c to usb c 3meters long.

The computer  cannot detect it on C1. No camera detected for liveview or tether. I have used both cameras before. But every time I use Capture One I have the same problem. It is so tedious!

I have updated everything. I removed the C.O. from applications and installed again. I have restarted my computer Mac with Sonoma Version 14.2.1 I have a MacBook Pro 16G Chip: Apple M1 Pro.

My Capture One support all type of camera brands.

    I don't know what I can do.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Adriana Bocanegra.
