After first crop, I cannot resize the cropping ratio. Any one?

Hi, 
I'm using 16.3.21789 version. After first crop, I cannot resize the cropping ratio. Any one found the same problem? I have tried to change multiple ratios, I could move some side of the cropping lines, but not all. If you know how to fix it, please advise. Thank you so much.

    Now, I found a way. Just reset it all, and start over. :( But the bug remains.

    Can you describe what other composition adjustments you had made? Keystone? Rotation? I've experienced this a very few times and it was always after I had applied Keystone correction. If I made the crop smaller then I could do further adjustments. I sense that Capture One was limiting me by the remaining visible area of the image after Keystone but the calculation for the visible area was inaccurate. This made it constrain my crop more than I felt it should.
