Processing on m3max is disaster slow?

As digitech I was so excited to getting m3 max from my last generation intel MBP. Actually it performed very well with egpu (amd rx6900xt). I've never felt slower than m1 or m2 and even faster on processing. but that internal ssd is outdated I've been feeling sluggish on delete and moving etc task on my intel so I decided to move m3 max fuylly loaded. Outcome is so disappointing. i tested process 50 fuji gfx raw imaged to full tiff. outcome is Intel with egpu 1:36 without gpu 3:01. M3max is 2:40.
is that any caoture one softwar isn't optimized for new m3? that's why it;s so slow?
