Photoshop Having Trouble with TIFF Files Originating from Capture One
I use Photoshop CC and it is installed to the latest version but when I open a TIFF file that was exported from Capture One, Photoshop corrupts the file when I try to resave it. Has anyone else had this issue?

Show the corruption and export settings, please. Also give yourself a name.

Sorry, I am new to this. I don't know how to go back and name myself. I imported my CR files (Canon) into Capture One to start. The export settings were "Original File" and it saved as a DNG. Then I opened them with Lightroom, made adjustments, and exported them as TIFF files. They opened fine in Photoshop and seemed to save fine but then they wouldn't reopen anywhere. Not any Adobe products, not Capture One, and not even Microsoft Paint (which I tried as a last ditch effort). I downgraded from Photoshop 24 to Photoshop 2023 to see if that makes a difference. I am trying to finish up a job so I don't want to waste time retouching it only to have it get corrupted again and not be able to open it. Adobe mentioned sometimes when they upgrade their "security" does something to TIFF files but their latest fix didn't fix it so I was checking with you guys to see if you had heard of any issues.
