Canon 10-20mm RF f4
Hi there,
My boss and I recently purchased the new canon 10-20mm F4.
We seem to be having problems with what we are seeing in the camera to what we are receiving tethered on capture one.
Meaning that though view finder of the camera the image is nice a square, straight verticals, no distortion or vignetting. When tethered we receive a very different image, with distortion, warping, colour shift and vignetting. We adjust the lens correction levels to correct the image. And it looks ok.
We tested the lens and camera with photoshop camera raw viewer. And the difference was huge. There was no changes to what we were seeing in the camera to what we were getting on screen.
So my question is, why is capture one one giving us a different looking image compared to what we are seeing thought the camera?
Is it because its a new lens which is fully supported? We have never had any problems before with other wide angle lenses.
Thank you for your help
Regards,
