Change size of crop area with mouse scroll wheel

What problem do you see this solving?
To increase cropping speed for those who are editing large amounts of photos; it is more time effecient to change the crop area by use of the mouse scroll wheel, rather than to "drag" the crop area corners each time we need to crop.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I could use this improvement all the time.
