How to delete *.orf.cof file

Need help or an idea. macOS Big Sur. and C1 22/15. I can see a large number of files of type (*.ORF.cof) in the Finder that I know are leftovers from previously deleted image files. But when I try to delete them, the answer is "you lack permission". If I look at the file in Info it says "you have unknown access"

  An idea, as I had problems once with access to files... Have you tried changing your access permissions to include read and write? You may have to unlock the padlock and enter your computer password to enable changes to the access. I think it will then ask you if you want that to be the default for those types of files or just for this one.
