tethering issue
hHello,
After encountering an issue with Tethering in the previous version and updating to version 16.3.3 on Mac OS 14.2, my camera is still not recognized.

First up, just so you're clear, this is a community forum. You can't request support from Capture One here. Click Request Support up above if that's what you're looking for.
Second, you'll need to give a whole lot more info for anyone here to maybe be able to help out. Camera? Cable length? Camera settings specific to tethering? For starters.

thank you.
I was working with the same equipment using two older versions, and the only change has been the update of macOS and Capture One.
But my camera is Nikon D750 and a tether cable.

I'm not a Nikon shooter and not familiar with tethering the D750. Perhaps someone else can hop in with relevant info.
A question on your cable, though. Often tethering issues are caused by the cable used. You have to use a high-quality data-rated USB C. Something like the Tethertools or equivalent at less than 6 feet in length.
